• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 卓球競技において，試合の勝敗にも影響を与え得るゲーム間のアドバイスは，アドバイザの経験に基づく主観的判断で行われることが多い．その実践知は十分に体系化されておらず，独学や徒弟的な学習による習得が一般的であり，共有される範囲も限定的である．幅広い指導レベルの底上げを行うためには，地域の経験豊富な指導者によるアドバイス実践知の分析を行い，知識共有に向けた整理を行うことによって，有効活用していくことが求められる．本研究では，その第一歩として，地域で実績のある指導者へのインタビュー調査を行い，その内容を，実践場面における指導の観点，および，アドバイス手法の習得方法に着目して，質的分析を行った．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Advice in table tennis, which can affect results of matches, is often given by empirical and subjective perspective of advisers. Its practical wisdom is not well organized and shared because it is developed through self-study and/or apprenticeship training in limited communities. To level up coaching skills widely, the practical wisdom of experienced coaches should be analyzed and arranged to be shared. In this study, as a first step, we conducted an interview survey with experienced coaches in Saga. We analyzed with qualitative method focusing on the viewpoint of advice in practical situations and the process of learning advice techniques.
