Its practical wisdom is not well organized and shared because it is developed through self-study and/or apprenticeship training in limited communities. To level up coaching skills widely, the practical wisdom of experienced coaches should be analyzed and arranged to be shared. In this study, as a first step, we conducted an interview survey with experienced coaches in Saga.
