Its practical wisdom is not well organized and shared because it is developed through self-study and/or apprenticeship training in limited communities. To level up coaching skills widely, the practical wisdom of experienced coaches should be analyzed and arranged to be shared. In this study, as a first step, we conducted an interview survey with experienced coaches in Saga. We analyzed with qualitative method focusing on the viewpoint of advice in practical situations and the process of learning advice techniques.},
