• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 最近，大学などの学校における実践的な演習の手法の一つとして Project Based Learning (PBL) が多く実施されている．PBL では，実践的なテーマを扱い，社会におけるプロジェクトと同様，期日や目標を定めて成果を達成することを目的とするが，プロジェクト組織をどのように活性化させるのかは重要な課題である．本稿では， PBL においてスキルとリソースの共有によって組織活性化を支援するツールについて提案し，現時点での評価について述べ，今後予定している評価実験について説明する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Project Based Learning(PBL) is often being carried on as a one of the effective and practical method of educational institution in a school such as universities or high schools, recently. The purpose of PBL is to accomplish the result using practical theme then set deadline and target as well as the projects in society; therefore, how to activate the project is one of the most important issues. In this paper, the authors propose the tool that can activate the organizations by the function of exchanging skills and sharing resources in PBL. Evaluation result at present stage and evaluation experiment that we are planning to conduct are also explained in this paper.
