では，実践的なテーマを扱い，社会におけるプロジェクトと同様，期日や目標を定めて成果を達成することを目的とするが，プロジェクト組織をどのように活性化させるのかは重要な課題である．本稿では， PBL The purpose of PBL is to accomplish the result using practical theme then set deadline and target as well as the projects in society; therefore, how to activate the project is one of the most important issues. In this paper, the authors propose the tool that can activate the organizations by the function of exchanging skills and sharing resources in PBL.
