• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 新潟県の情報通信インフラと災害に対する通信への課題について、一般家庭へのアンケート調査を行った。県内でのデジタルディバイドの可能性をみるためマッピングを行った。この結果都市部と中山間地域では大きな差があり、過疎化高齢化の影響がうかがえる。災害時の情報収集では電力に対する不安からラジオが期待されていること、発信には携帯電話や固定電話といった一般的な機器に期待していることがわかる。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: A questionnaire survey has been done on the information infrastructure and personal disaster prevention in Niigata prefecture. The result was plotted on a map to find digital-divide phenomena. The distribution of the answerers showed that there is a difference between urban and rural region. This indicates an influence of depopulation. The radio was selected as the most convenient equipment to get the information about disaster, because it works even when the electric power was not supplied. The conventional equipment such as cell phone or telephone was selected as a method to inform their damages or states.
