The result was plotted on a map to find digital-divide phenomena. The distribution of the answerers showed that there is a difference between urban and rural region. This indicates an influence of depopulation. The radio was selected as the most convenient equipment to get the information about disaster, because it works even when the electric power was not supplied. The conventional equipment such as cell phone or telephone was selected as a method to inform their damages or states.},
