• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 信頼性ある自由なデータ流通が注目されており，高い耐改ざん性と非中央集権的なデータ管理が可能な分散台帳技術の活用が進んでいる．しかし，分散台帳に書き込まれた情報は削除が困難であるため，機密情報を直接書き込むことは避けるべきである．本稿では，プライバシー保護機能を備えた許可型分散台帳基盤Hyperledger Fabricを用いた，複数組織による機密情報の共同管理および利活用を実現するシステムの要件定義を示した．また，提案システムは医療分野における機密情報共有および活用が期待され，その具体的なユースケースとシナリオ例およびその実装を示した．さらに評価を実施し，既存システムと比較して処理遅延があるものの，想定する医療分野におけるユースケースに耐えうる性能を確認した．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: The importance of Data Free Flow with Trust is gaining attention, and the use of distributed ledger technology, which offers high tamper resistance and decentralized data management, is becoming more widespread. However, since information written into a distributed ledger is difficult to delete, it is advisable to avoid directly writing confidential information. This paper defines the requirements for a system that enables multiple organizations to collaboratively manage and utilize confidential information using Hyperledger Fabric, a permissioned distributed ledger platform with robust privacy protection features. The proposed system is expected to benefit the sharing and utilization of confidential information in the medical field, and specific use cases, scenarios, and implementations are provided. Furthermore, evaluation experiments confirm that despite some processing delays compared to existing systems, the proposed system possesses sufficient performance for the anticipated use cases in the healthcare sector.
