• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 発表後の質疑応答において，活発な議論が行われることは重要である．しかし実際には，意見や質問があるにも関わらず，発言を躊躇する場面がみられる．発言内容が的外れではないかという不安や，他者からの評価に対する恐れ，自分が今発言していいのかというタイミングの難しさなど，様々な心理的要因により，発言に抵抗を感じていると考える．本研究は，発言を躊躇する原因となる心理的ストレスを軽減することを目的とする．本論文では，ゼミでの進捗報告後および輪講発表後の質疑応答を対象として，「発言を躊躇する状況および原因」と「その際の心理的ストレス」を調査した．調査結果を基に，心理的ストレスを軽減するための方法を検討する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In Q&A sessions following presentations, engaging in active discussions is crucial. However, situations are often observed where individuals hesitate to speak up despite having opinions or questions. This hesitation is believed to stem from various psychological factors, such as anxiety about whether their input is relevant, fear of being judged by others, or unce rtainty about whether it is the right timing to speak. This study aims to alleviate the psychological stress that causes individuals to hesitate to speak. Focusing on Q&A sessions after progress presentations in seminars, this paper investigates "situations and causes of hesitation to speak" and "the psychological stress experienced during such moments." Based on the findings, methods to reduce psychological stress are explored.
