Q&A sessions following presentations, engaging in active discussions is crucial. However, situations are often observed where individuals hesitate to speak up despite having opinions or questions. This hesitation is believed to stem from various psychological factors, such as anxiety about whether their input is relevant, fear of being judged by others, or unce rtainty about whether it is the right timing to speak. This study aims to alleviate the psychological stress that causes individuals to hesitate to speak.
