佐賀大学のMoodleシステムにはオンライン試験時にノートPCの内蔵カメラで顔画像を撮影する機能が拡張実装されている．本研究では小テスト，期末テスト時のカメラ画像のみを用いてインクリメンタルに深層学習を行い，個々の学生の顔を識別する．そして識別結果から替え玉の疑惑度を計算し，疑惑度に応じて替え玉の有無の目視確認を効率的に行う．2022年度に佐賀大学の授業から収集した画像9万枚についてこれを適用し，5件の替え玉受験を検出した．さらに替え玉受験の統計的な性質を分析し，目視確認のコストを80%以上削減できることを示す． |

The Moodle system in Saga University has the extended function for capturing face images of each student examinee with their own laptop PC's built-in camera during online examination. In this study, in order to detect the cheats of proxy examination taking, we perform deep learning incrementally using only the face images captured during weekly quizzes and semester final exam. Then, we calculate the degree of suspicion of cheat from the result of face identification and effectively check the cheat by human eyes according to the degree of suspicion. This method was applied to 90 thousand of face images collected from the classes in Saga University in 2022, from which five cases of proxy examination taking were detected. Furthermore, analyzing the statistical properties of proxy examination taking, we can reduce the cost of the check by human eyes by more than 80%. |
