Moodle system in Saga University has the extended function for capturing face images of each student examinee with their own laptop PC's built-in camera during online examination. In this study, in order to detect the cheats of proxy examination taking, we perform deep learning incrementally using only the face images captured during weekly quizzes and semester final exam. Then, we calculate the degree of suspicion of cheat from the result of face identification and effectively check the cheat by human eyes according to the degree of suspicion. This method was applied to 90 thousand of face images collected from the classes in Saga University in 2022, from which five cases of proxy examination taking were detected.
