• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 学生からの教務に関する多様な問い合わせに対応するのは教職員にとって時間と労力がかかるタスクである．一方で，学生は気軽に質問できることを望んでいる．本研究では，Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) のフレームワークを用いて，根拠資料として与えた教務文書に基づいて，学生からの教務事項に関する質問に対して ChatGPT に回答を生成させるシステムの実用性について検討した．RAG の仕組みの実現には LlamaIndex を用い，Web アプリとしての実装には Streamlit を用いた．パラメータの調整は十分ではなかったにも関わらず，複数の想定質問に対して大学独自の教務規定に基づいた妥当な回答が得られ，回答時間も実用に耐える範囲内であった．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Responding to a variety of inquiries from students regarding academic affairs is a time-consuming task for faculty and staff. On the other hand, students want opportunities to feel free to ask questions. In this study, we investigated the practicality of a system that uses the retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) mechanism to generate answers with ChatGPT based on given documents in response to inquiries about academic affairs. We used LlamaIndex to implement the RAG mechanism and Streamlit to implement the web application. Although parameters were not adjusted sufficiently, reasonable answers based on our university's academic arrangements were obtained for anticipated questions, and the response time was also within an acceptable range.
