On the other hand, students want opportunities to feel free to ask questions. In this study, we investigated the practicality of a system that uses the retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) mechanism to generate answers with ChatGPT based on given documents in response to inquiries about academic affairs. We used LlamaIndex to implement the RAG mechanism and Streamlit to implement the web application.
