• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 現在，企業のオフィスや大学の研究室など，様々な場所で在室管理システムが導入されている．これは一般的に，「誰がいるのか」という情報を訪問者に共有するために用いられている．我々は以前，在室管理システムを用いることで ，入室時に生じる在室者・訪問者双方の精神的ストレスを軽減できる可能性があると考え，システムを開発した．しかし，実証実験の結果，在室者にとって「操作に手間がかかる」・「自身のスマートフォンの使用が必要」・「入退室の管理が面倒」という 3 つの課題が見つかった．そこでこれらの課題を改善し，在室者の精神的ストレス軽減を目的とした新たなシステムを開発した．本稿では，従来システムに代わる新たな提案システムについて述べる．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Currently, room occupancy management systems are installed in various places, such as corporate offices and university laboratories. These systems are generally used to share information about "who is in the room" with visitors. We previously developed a room occupancy management system based on the idea that the system could reduce the mental stress of both visitors and occupants when they enter a room. However, as a result of our demonstration experiment, we found three problems for the occupants: “time-consuming operation”, “requires use of their own smartphone”, and “cumbersome access control”. We developed a new system to improve these problems and to reduce the mental stress of the occupants. This paper describes the proposed new system as an alternative to the conventional system.
