These systems are generally used to share information about \"who is in the room\" with visitors. We previously developed a room occupancy management system based on the idea that the system could reduce the mental stress of both visitors and occupants when they enter a room. However, as a result of our demonstration experiment, we found three problems for the occupants: “time-consuming operation”, “requires use of their own smartphone”, and “cumbersome access control”. We developed a new system to improve these problems and to reduce the mental stress of the occupants.
