本研究では，介護職員が抱える問題を解決するためのシステム開発を行った．本研究の目的は，介護職員間の業務連絡にかかる時間の削減，業務連絡のペーパーレス化である．介護施設に設置するデジタルサイネージと Chatwork を用いたアプリケーションでシステムを構築する．アプリでは，ボタン操作等の簡単作業で職員間のメッセージ・タスクのやり取りを行えるようにし，始業時，終業時にアプリで情報を確認入力することで，メモ，ノートを使わずに情報共有を行えることを可能にした．評価として，システムに対するアンケートを行った．デジタルサイネージの利用と Chatwork を用いたアプリに前向きな意見が得られた． |

In this study, a system was developed to solve the problems faced by caregivers. The objectives of this study are to reduce the time required for business communication among nursing care workers and to make business communication paperless. The system will be built using digital signage and a Chatwork-based application to be installed in nursing care facilities. The application enables messages and tasks to be exchanged between staff members with simple operations such as pressing a button, and information can be shared without using memos or notes by checking and inputting information on the application at the beginning and end of the workday. As part of the evaluation, a questionnaire on the system was administered. Positive opinions were obtained for the use of digital signage and the application using Chatwork. |
