The objectives of this study are to reduce the time required for business communication among nursing care workers and to make business communication paperless. The system will be built using digital signage and a Chatwork-based application to be installed in nursing care facilities. The application enables messages and tasks to be exchanged between staff members with simple operations such as pressing a button, and information can be shared without using memos or notes by checking and inputting information on the application at the beginning and end of the workday. As part of the evaluation, a questionnaire on the system was administered.
