こころの健康を保ちながら生活を送るためには，自分自身との対話を通して状態を観察することが理想的である．しかし，実際上の他者のいない状況で，感じ取ることしかできない心や身体の状態を捉えることは難しい．そこで，本稿ではライフログとビジュアライゼーションに焦点を当てて関連事例を取り上げることで，自身の状態を捉えるための自己対話に適した手法を模索し，鑑賞型ライフログシステムの提案を行う．実装にあたっては，居住空間における行動観測のためのセンシングデバイスを制作し，収集した行動データの一部をビジュアルに反映させた． |

The ideal way to maintain mental health and lead a healthy life is to observe the state of one's mind and body through dialogue with oneself. However, it is difficult to capture the state of mind and body, which can only be sensed in the absence of others in the virtual. Therefore, this paper focuses on lifelogging and visualization and discusses related cases to find a method suitable for self-dialogue to capture one's own state, and proposes a viewing lifelog system. For the implementation of the system, we created a sensing device for observing behavior in a living space and reflected some of the collected behavioral data in the visualization. |
