However, it is difficult to capture the state of mind and body, which can only be sensed in the absence of others in the virtual. Therefore, this paper focuses on lifelogging and visualization and discusses related cases to find a method suitable for self-dialogue to capture one's own state, and proposes a viewing lifelog system.
