• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 本研究は，プログラミング演習のTeaching Assistant（TA）を対象とした学習支援方略を提案し，その実践のためのTA支援システムの開発を行う．授業中にTAがどのような学生を重点的にサポートするかという方略を，学習支援方略と定義する．プログラミング演習を支援するシステムの先行研究を分類した結果に基づいて，高希望型，高意欲型，低理解型の3種類の学習支援方略を提案する．学生への学習意欲と学習支援への希望に関するアンケート調査から，学習支援方略の種類により重点的に声掛けをする対象の学生が異なることを確認した．さらに，声掛けの対象となる学生を座席表に表示するシステムを実装した．学生の小テストの成績や学習支援の希望に基づいて，学習支援方略ごとに異なる学生が声掛けの対象となる．TAは授業中にタブレット端末を持ち，座席表の確認と声掛けの対象となる学生の学習状況の閲覧を行う．プログラミング演習にTA支援システムを導入し，学習支援方略それぞれについて実践を行った．その結果，TA支援システムにより声掛けが促される可能性が示唆された．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: This paper proposes a learning support strategy that allows teaching assistants (TAs) to support students respectively in their programming exercises. In order to implement the strategy, a TA support system for programming exercises is developed. We define the learning support strategy as the strategy in which TA focuses on supporting the students during class. Based on the results of categorizing previous research on systems to support programming exercises, we propose three types of learning support strategies: high hope, high motivation, and low understanding. From a questionnaire survey on motivation of the students and demands of learning support, it is confirmed that the types of students to whom TA should focus on are different depending on the type of learning support strategy. In addition, a system is implemented that displays the students to be approached on the seating chart. The TA has a tablet computer during class to check the seating chart and view the learning status of the students to be approached. TA support system is introduced to the programming exercise and practiced each of the learning support strategies. From the experimental results, we evaluate the strategies used in the actual lessons and the effectiveness of the system. The results demonstrate that the strategies could be a scaffolding for TAs to address students.
