研究分野においても生成AIの活用が広がる中、知的財産権をはじめとした利用上の懸念も生じている。我が国においては、各大学において生成AIの利用に関する指針が示されている例もあるが、国内での統一的な考え方が示せてはいない。本稿では、国内大学によるガイドラインを分析し、研究分野で生成AIを利用する上での課題を整理する。その上で、わが国における研究分野での生成AI利用に対する示唆を得る。 |

As the use of generative AI spreads in the field of research, concerns are also arising regarding its use, including intellectual property rights. In Japan, some research institutions have issued guidelines on the use of generative AI, but there is no unified approach in Japan. On the other hand, in the EU, the European Commission issued guidelines on the use of generative AI on March 20, 2024. In this paper, we analyze the guidelines issued by Japanese universities and summarize the issues involved in using generative AI in research fields. We then draw some implications for the use of generative AI in research fields in Japan. |
