• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: いわゆる AI に関する規制の議論は国内外を問わずに活発に行われている．我が国おいても 「 AI ネットワーク社会推進会議」 を中心として議論が行われてきたが，現時点では具体的な規制に踏み込んだ議論にまでは至っていない．こういった中で，2018 年 10 月に開催されたプライバシー保護に関する国際会議，40th International Conference of Data Protection and Privacy Commissioners (以下，「ICDPPC2018｣，会議の総称としては通称として用いられている 「プライバシーコミッショナー会議」 を部分的に用いる．） では，AI に関連した宣言が採択された．また，EU においては AI に関する具体的な規制が検討されている．本報告では ICDPPC で議論の動向に着目し，今後の AI に関する規制動向について議論を行う．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Discussions on AI regulations are being actively made regardless of domestic and overseas. Even in Japan, discussions have been conducted focusing on the "AI Network Society Promotion Council", but now, there has not been a debate that has considered the specific regulations. Amidst these circumstances, the Declaration related to AI was adopted at the International Conference on Privacy Protection held in October 2018, 40th International Conference of Data Protection and Privacy Commissioners (ICDPPC 2018). In the EU, specific regulations on AI are being considered. In this report, attention is paid to the trend of the discussion at ICDPPC, and the regulatory trend on future AI will be discussed.
