Even in Japan, discussions have been conducted focusing on the \"AI Network Society Promotion Council\", but now, there has not been a debate that has considered the specific regulations. Amidst these circumstances, the Declaration related to AI was adopted at the International Conference on Privacy Protection held in October 2018, 40th International Conference of Data Protection and Privacy Commissioners (ICDPPC 2018). In the EU, specific regulations on AI are being considered.
