• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 遠隔学習の中でも，これからの普及が望まれるウェブ利用分散非同期個別学習環境 は，学習者が孤独感を持ちやすいこと，学習の継続が困難であることなどの問題をかかえている．本論文では，人間の知的活動の基盤としての社会の重要性の視点から，こ れらの問題点の主たる原因の1つは学習者相互の社会関係が構築されていないことにあ ると考えた．そして，社会関係構築の仕組みを検討するために，グループ構成の変化 ・グループにおける学習目標の共有という，2つの学習者グループの性質に基づいて学 習活動を整理分類した．ここで，グループの構成が動的に変化する中で一部の学習者 が断続的に学習目標を共有しているような協調学習を「緩やかな協調学習」と定義し た．またこれを実現することができる，「コミュニケーションをトリガとする動的な グループ構成法」を提案し，本手法を用いたウェブ上の掲示板SocioBoardを開発した．実験的評価によるSocioBoardのインタフェースの情報アクセス面での有効性もあわせて示す．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Self-paced Web-based distance learning environment has problems such as sense of isolation and high dropout rate of learners despite its popularity. This paper discusses those problems, pointing out the importance of constructing social relationships among learners. To examine a mechanism of constructing such a social relationships on the network, learning activities are categorized based on the characteristics of a learners' group. Through this, a ``loose collaborative learning'' is defined. To realize this type of learning activity, a method called ``communication-based dynamic configuration of learners' groups'' is proposed accordingly. Then as a backup of the method, SocioBoard, a Web-based bulletin board system that help construction of social relationships, is described as well as the evaluation of its interface.
