• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 携帯端末を用いて位置情報を使ったガイドシステムが多数開発されてきている．しかし，一方向の情報の伝達が主流であり，現在の日本では日常化している携帯電話での個人的な写真のその場での交換やチャットの機能はなく，観光客同士の積極的なコミュニケーションや情報の共有は念頭に置かれていない．そこで画像，チャット，および相互の位置情報を含むリアルタイムの情報共有機能を持つ，汎用ガイドシステムのプロトタイプであるxExplorer を開発した．そしてこれを用いて，日本（大阪ミナミ周辺）と中国（故宮博物院）で実験を行い，その効果を検証した．被験者は日本人と中国人である．その結果，次のことが分かった．（1）画像情報の共有機能の評価が日本と中国のいずれの場合も高かった．これは他の人の視点をその場でリアルタイムで共有できるためと考えられた．（2）チャットは単にコミュニケーションをとるだけではなく，共有する画像コンテンツの連絡の手段として使うなど，画像が主でチャットが従な使用方法が注目された．（3）画像とチャットとをなんらかな形で連携し，チャットの会話の対象となっている画像が探しやすくする機能が必要である．（4）待合せの場所など様々な情報に直接画像を添付する機能が必要である．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: There have been developed many guide systems using location information. But most of systems have one-way communication system. These systems don’t aim to mutual communication between sightseers by information sharing. The two-way communication, such as a chat or exchanging digital files included photos, is a common sense in Japanese ubiquitous society. Therefore, we have developed a prototype universal guide system, which was named xExplorer. xExplorer has real-time information sharing functions including image data, a chat, and mutual location information. We applied the system to the streets in the southern bound of Osaka and the Palace museum in Beijing. Subjects were Japanese and Chinese. The results of experiments show below: (1) The evaluation of the image data sharing function was high in both Japanese and Chinese. Because they can share the others with view points in real timely. (2) The chat was used for not only communication but also explaining relating shared contents. Sometimes, the content of chat messages is about an image data. (3) The system should have a function that helps the correlation between image data and chats. Then, the image data, which is an object of chats, can be found easily. (4) It is necessary that image should be appended with other information such as the meeting point, etc.
