• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 近年，携帯端末やカーナビゲーションによるナビゲーションシステムの増加に伴い，運転者に快適かつ効率的な運転を支援する ITS(Intelligent Transport System) が発達している．しかし，現状のシステムではセンサから情報を収集し，分析した結果をユーザへ提供するため，提供された情報と実際の現状に差が生じてしまうなどの課題が挙げられる．そこで，運転者が安全に通行できるように，道路の路面情報をタイムリーに提供する必要が考えられる．本研究では，路面情報を共有する手法として，静止画インターネット放送システムを利用する．利用者はタイムリーな情報共有をすることで，通りやすい道路を選択することが可能となる．また，利用者間でのコミュニケーションによる新たな知識の獲得が期待される．本稿では，既存の ITS の現状と課題を挙げ，解決案および提案システムの設計と実装について述べる．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Recently with an increase in navigation systems by portable terminals and car navigation devices, ITS which support comfortable and effective driving has been evolved. However, in existing systems, it is difficult to offer real-time information to users since it needs to collect information from sensors and to analyze the collected information. Road surface information has to be provided timely so that drivers can pass through safe road. In this research, we use a still picture internet broadcasting system as technique to share road surface information. It enables users to share the information timely and to choose road which is easy to pass. Moreover, the new knowledge of the road condition can be acquired by communication between drivers and users. In this paper, we mention the existing ITS and its problems and describe the design and implementation of our proposed system.
