• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: ITスキルに関する知識体系をもとに，IT人材像に関する情報，ITの製品・サービスに関する情報や大学の授業科目に関する情報を関係付けたキャリア知識ベースを構築し，それぞれの関係を対話的に検索するシステムであるITPost(IT Professionals Guidepost)を開発し，学生に公開した．ITPostの狙い，知識ベースの構築方法，学生向けの検索方法とともに，学生の利用評価について報告する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Based on the body of knowledge about the IT skills, the carrier knowledge base was developed which is related information about university courses, information on IT products and services, and information about IT professionals. ITPost (IT Professionals Guidepost), ITPost which students search the relationship, was developed and to expose the student. The authors report the aim of the ITPost, how to build the carrier knowledge base, and how students search for the information.
