• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 本論文の目的は，戦後日本の防衛政策を立案してきた防衛庁内の政策ネットワークを明らかにすることである．そのために，本論文では，1954 年から 2005 年までの防衛庁内の人事異動データを分析する．課をネットワークのノード，人事異動をネットワークのエッジとして捉えれば，人事異動は課同士のネットワークとして分析することができる．我々はこのネットワークを 「課ネットワーク」 と呼ぶ．この課ネットワークを分析した結果，このネットワークがスモールワールドネットワークであることも明らかになった．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: The main point in this paper is to clarify policy network in the Defence Agency, who have planed security policies of postwar Japan. To this end, we explore personnel changes in the Defence Agency from 1954 to 2005. By defining sections as nodes, and personnel changes as edges, it becomes possible to look at policy network as directed networks, which we call “the Section Network”. In this paper, we explore the characteristics of the section network. The results show that By our analysis, it was made clear that the section network is a small-world network.
