• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 我々は LAN スイッチを主として構成されるイーサネットワークのトポロジを推測するアルゴリズムを提案し，機器間の接続関係を推測・表示するシステムを作成し利用してきた．本システムは FDB を基にしてインタフェース間の接続を推測し，トポロジを実際にはケーブルを辿ることなく決定するものである．イーサネットではインタフェース間の通信速度を自動判定する機能があり，FDB 同様機器からその情報を収集できる．本論文では機器間の接続を推測する際にインタフェース速度を用いることについて述べる．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: We proposed the algorithm that infers the Ethernet Network Topology, and implemented to the system which infers and displays network topology. This System infers connections between LAN interfaces based on FDB(Forwarding Database), and decides physical connection without actually tracing the cable. The function to decide the transmission rate between interfaces automatically is provided in Ethernet, and the information can be collected from the equipment as well as FDB. In this paper, we describe application of transmission rate information for topology inference.
