• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: これまで，災害発生時の既設インフラ回復するまでの一時的な通信網として避難所間無線ネットワーク選択構築することで，安否情報や被災状況を自律的に収集・共有する被災情報提供システムの提案を行ってきた．同ネットワークで用いる避難所は耐震強度や収容可能人数で選択をすることを検討してきたが，ネットワークを構築する範囲や個々の地域特性の違いへの対応はこれまでに十分に検討されていなかった．本稿では，避難所間無線ネットワークを構築する範囲の決定方法と地域特性に柔軟に対応できるアルゴリズムの検討を行った結果について報告する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: We have studied about the construction of wireless network system for exchanging safy information of evacuees and damage information of social infrastructures at disaster distressed area. In the system, shock-proof shelters having large cpasity for evacuees will be selected as wireless station. However, the system does not pay any consideration for geographical condition. Then this paper proposes a new network construction method which copes with a difference of geographical condition.
