• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 将棋では盤面の状態判断が重要である．しかし、ただ序盤・終盤を判断して評価関数を変えるという方法は、状態変化の判断が難しく有用ではなかった．そこで盤面の状態を0～100％までの数字で滑らかに示す進行度が作り出された．だが、従来の方法では盤上の全ての駒と全ての持ち駒を計算しているなどの問題がある．そこで、相手の駒を進行度から外す、持ち歩の点数を加える、横の点数を加えるといった改良をそれぞれ行った．結果、進行度から相手の駒を外したプログラムは問題を解決するのに成功した．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In Shogi, positional judgment is important. This judgment has to Change depending on the stage of the game. However, it is difficult to define the exact difference between opening and middle game and an evaluation function based on the just opening and endgame is not feasible. Therefore, a progress value which shows the condition of the position smoothly from 0％ to 100％ is being used. In this paper, some of the problems with using our current progress value will be explaned and solutions will be suggested. lt was shown that not considering the opponent pieces in the calculation of progress values resulted in a significant improvement．
