• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 両端を短音で区切られた標準時間Sの前に、それより短い先行時間Pが隣接しているとき、Sの長さが著しく過小評価される現象を、時間縮小錯覚という。これまでの研究では、標準時間Sと先行時間Pとの関係がだいたいP+60＜S＜P+100 [ms]のとき、Sの過小評価量が最大になることがわかっている。本研究では、時間間隔を区切る純音の音圧レベルを、55 75 95 dB(A)の3段階に変化させ、時間縮小錯覚の量におよぼす音圧レベルの影響を調べた。その結果、いずれの音圧レベルにおいても、Pを隣接させたときにSの過小評価が生じ、音圧レベルに関係なく、時間縮小錯覚の生じることが確認された。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: The duration of a short empty time interval can be underestimated when it is immediately preceded by a physically shorter empty interval, and the underestimation is the largest when the standard duration to be judged, S, exceeds the preceding duration, P, by 60-100 ms. This illusion is called "time-shrinking." In the present study, the influence of the intensity of the duration markers on the occurrence of time-shrinking was investigated. The sound pressure level of the duration markers was varied from 55 to 95 dB(A). It turned out that the occurrence of time-shrinking was not affected by the intensity of the duration markers.
