• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 情報処理学会人文科学とコンピュータ研究会において「デジタルアーカイブ」が重要な研究テーマのひとつにとりあげられるようになって久しい．デジタル技術の発達は目覚しく，「ボーンデジタル」な資料（他の媒体上で作られた資料のデジタルコピーでない，最初からデジタルデータとして作られた資料）の急速な台頭や，「Google≒デジタルアーカイブ」という視点の登場など，早くからアーカイブズとデジタル技術の問題に強い関心を寄せていた当研究会としては，この潮流を正確に把握して，デジタルアーカイブ研究をどの方向に発展させていくべきかについて，よく学ぶ必要がある．われわれは，アーカイブズの専門家を招いて，アーカイブズとデジタル技術にまつわる最新の状況と課題について理解を深めることを目的とする「アーカイブズ小特集」を全2回の予定で開催することとした．本稿は，その第1回として，国立公文書館の牟田昌平氏を招いて実施する，公文書のデジタルアーカイビングの現状と未来を探るパネル討論についての予稿である．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: This is a preliminary report of the 1st panel discussion titled "How will digital archives develop in the future?" Studying the current state and the future of digital archiving of various kinds of materials is very interesting and important task for our SIG. Two panel discussions of this problem are planned. Some archivists will be invited as panelists of the discussion. This panel discussion discusses the problem of digital archiving of the government documents. We will know the latest, correct information about relationship between "true archives" and digital technology by the discussion.
