• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 近年、ナレッジマネジメント分野においてKnow-whoというアプローチが注目されている。Know-whoとは「誰が知っているのか」ということに着目するアプローチで、ナレッジマネジメントに人的資源を活用という課題から取り入れたものである。本稿では、知識提供者（すなわちプロジェクトメンバー）が自分のスケジュールを自ら入力することによって、スケジュール情報を知識需要者（すなわちプロジェクトリーダ）に提供し、知識需要者と知識提供者のコンタクトを円滑にさせる枠組みを提案し、wikiという共同編集プラットフォームに基づいて、個人の作業スケジュールを入力することにより、個人の属性情報（スキルや個人時間情報など）を把握することができた上、もっと管理しやすい、合理的に個人能力を評価できるKnow-who検索システムを提案する。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In recent years, in the knowledge management field, Know-who approach attracts some attention. Know-who is the approach which annotates "who knows", and human resources are assigned to a practical use for a knowledge management. In this paper, by writing one's schedule from each knowledge donor(as projct member), a knowledge(as project leader) is provided with schedule information, and the framework which makes smooth contact of a knowledge dememdant and a knowledge donor is proposed. When such individual attribute information as skill, individual time information, etc. has been grasped by inputting an individual work schedule based on a joint edit platform called Wiki, new Know-who search engine which is more easy to manage and which can express individual capability
