• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 事業の国際化が進展するにつれ、海外生産・海外調達の強化、各機能の現地化が進み、従来の輸出型商品供給体制から現地インサイダー化体制へのシフトが必要となって来ている。しかし、そのためには、欧米アジア各地域内での自己完結型地域戦略の確立および国内外と連携したグローバルな需給管理体制の構築が必須である。当社では、EC統合を直前に控えた欧州において、域内自己完結型需給管理システムを開発稼働させた。そこで、本システム構築事例をもとに、海外の情報システム構築を推進する上での問題点および施策について、実開発担当者の立場から具体的に論じる。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: As business becomes more active internationally, local procurement and production are progressed accordingly. Then it becomes of necessity that the structure of export-oriented product supplying systems up to this time to be changed to that of supply and production control within each local region such as North America, Europe, or Asia, Consequently it is indispensable for control supply and demand multilaterally. Toshiba has developed Multilateral Supply and Demand Control system in Europe to prepare for unification of the market. Based on this experience, I explain the problems and techniques to solve them, in case that you're going to develop a system for overseas subsidiaries.
