• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 使いやすいコンピュータ環境の提供は、人とコンピュータが共生する上で重要である。本論文では、使いやすさの提供に必要な基礎データの実験分析を述べる。実験は、ダイアログボックスを使って電話をかける状況を利用する。主な結果を以下に示す。(）操作時間は，課題状況で分けた平均値が使える。(）操作の記述には，KLモデルが適する。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Providing of the usable computer environment for users is important from the viewpoint of symbiosis of human and artifact. This paper describes the experiment analysis of basic data for the usability. The experimental task is the telephone operations at the dialogbox on the screen. The main results are as follows: (1) Operation time is problem situation and the mean value that was distributed is usable. (2) The Key stroke-level model is applicable to the telephone operations.
