• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 共同作業を行うためのテキストベースコミュニケーションにおいて，より円滑にコミュニケーションを図れないかと考え，チャットなどで用いることが多いフェイスマークに注目した．アイディアを文字で書いたり結論を文章で書くなど文字（テキスト）と相性が良いと考えられるKJ法を支援する発想支援グループウェア（分散協調型KJ法支援システム郡元）を実験対象とし，フェイスマークのメニューを実装し，評価実験を行った．その結果，お願いすることを表すフェイスマーク(（_）)が用いられた雑談が多数あり，その内容の約70%が操作権の授受に関する会話であった．また，操作権を委譲する機能を付けたところ，操作権の受け渡しにかかる時間がそれがない場合と比べて短縮された．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Groupware needs some communication method for cooperative work. We use a text-based chat for communication. We add the face mark for chat to communicate smoothly. We used the distributed and cooperative KJ method support system, named GUNGEN, for the research target. KJ method is a text-based idea generation method. We added the face mark menu to GUNGEN. The face mark menu consists of many face marks and explanation of their functions. We performed the distributed and cooperative KJ method experiments by GUNGEN. We found that the face mark (m(_)m) which expressed a request was used frequently. We also found that about 70% of the chats which involved the face mark (m(_)m), were related to the access control. We add the function of the access control transfer button to GUNGEN for giving and receiving the access control right smoothly. The function shorten the time to transfer the access control.
