| 内容記述 | ロボットおよびAIのトラストについて，導入目標や倫理指針の設定の段階に至っている，人間と人間，人間と技術（機械，オートメーション，AI）のトラストに関する研究が進み，様々な解釈，議論が行われてきた．社会において，トラストは重要なものと認識されながら，曖昧でとらえどころがないとの指摘がある．本研究では，まず，人間の人間に対するトラスト，人間の技術に対するトラストに関する先行研究の進展を示し，その構造をシステムとしてとらえて分類する．特に，人間と技術のシステム・ダイナミクスにおいて，因果ループを活用してトラスト，ディストラストとコンフリクトの動的な関係を示す．人間と人間および人間と技術のトラスト要素，ディストラスト要素とコンフリクト要素の接続関係を考察し，トラストを動的に理解するためのプロセスを提供する．人間の技術に対するトラスト研究における課題を明らかにし，人々がトラストを容易に理解し，社会においてトラストを促進するための可能性を提示する．これにより，人間と技術の間のトラストに関する理論的な洞察が深まり，将来の技術導入においてトラストの構築がスムーズに進む可能性を示す． | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | There has been a great deal of research and various interpretations and discussions on trust between humans and humans and between humans and technology (machines, automation, AI) that have led to the establishment of implementation goals and ethical guidelines for trust in robotics and AI. While trust is recognized as important in society, it has been pointed out that trust is ambiguous and elusive. In this study, first show the progress of previous studies on trust with regard to human-human and human-technology, and classify the structure of trust as a system. In particular, this study shows the dynamic relationship among trust, distrust, and conflict by utilizing causal loops in the system dynamics of human-human and human-technology. This study provides a process for understanding trust dynamically by examining the transfer relationships among trust, distrust, and conflict elements in human-human and human-technology. Identifies challenges in human-technology trust research and offers possibilities for people to easily understand trust and promote trust in society. This study provides deeper theoretical insights into human-technology trust and the potential to facilitate trust-building in future technology deployments. | |||||||||
