• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 皇居三の丸尚蔵館の収蔵品検索サイトでは，様々なレベルの組織化を含む知識組織化システム（Knowledge Organization System，KOS）を情報整理のガイドとして利用することで，作者，分類・カテゴリ，場所，時代・世紀，材質・技法の各単語を階層的に表示・選択して検索できる収蔵品検索（単語検索）を構築した．本稿では収蔵品台帳データから抽出した単語のリストや収蔵品分類といった館内の知識組織化システムとAATといった館外の知識組織化システムを組み合わせて利用することで構築した具体的な方法と実際の収蔵品検索の利用状況を踏まえた評価について述べる．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: By using the Knowledge Organization System (KOS) that includes various levels of knowledge organization as a guide for organizing information, the “Word Search” has been developed for searching museum collections, which allows users to display and select words from each facet such as artist/creator, category, place, period/century, and material/technique in a hierarchical manner. This paper describes the method of developing and evaluation of it.
