• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: EU デジタルサービス法は，超大規模オンライン・プラットフォーム事業者（VLOPs）とオンライン検索エンジン（VLOSEs）に対して，特別な消費者保護対応やシステミック・リスクの評価（第 34 条）と軽減（第 35 条）などを求めている．この規定に基づき欧州委員会は，X（旧 Twitter），TikTok，AliExpress，Meta，Temu に対して，これらの規定に違反していないかを検証する手続きを開始している．本報告では，デジタルサービス法のシステミック・リスク規制とその執行動向について，日本の動向と比較・検討する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: The EU Digital Services Act requires VLOPs and VLOSEs to take special consumer protection measures and to assess and mitigate systemic risks. Based on these provisions, the European Commission has initiated proceedings to verify whether X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, AliExpress, Meta, and Temu have violated these systemic risk provisions. This report focuses on the systemic risk regulations and enforcement based on the Digital Services Act compared with the digital platform regulations in Japan.
