| 内容記述 | 英国では，2023 年 3 月 8 日に Data Protection and Digital Information Bill が再提出され，UK GDPR に変わるデータ保護制度が提案されていたが，2024 年 5 月 30 日の庶民院の解散，2024 年 7 月 4 日の総選挙を経て，労働党政権が樹立され，2024 年 10 月 24 日には，英国データ保護及びデジタル情報法案（Data Protection and Digital Information Bill）が議会に提出された．本発表では，同法案の現状と課題を考察する． | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | In the UK, the Data Protection and Digital Information Bill was reintroduced on March 8, 2023, proposing a data protection regime that would replace the UK GDPR. After the dissolution of the House of Lords on May 30, 2024, and the general election on July 4, 2024, a Labour government was On October 24, 2024, the UK Data Protection and Digital Information Bill was submitted to Parliament. This presentation will discuss the current status and issues of the bill. | |||||||||
