• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 近年，視聴データを使用した番組や動画コンテンツの提供，および関連付加サービスが普及している．本研究ではこれまでサービス利用におけるユーザーの意識を，サービスから受けるベネフィットと視聴データの自己管理に伴うリスク認識の両面から調査した．調査の結果，ユーザーの多くが視聴データの自己管理を希望しているものの，その管理にはリスクを伴うという認識を持っていることが示唆された．本稿では，視聴データを使用した 8 つのコンテンツサービスを設定し，ユーザーがそれぞれのサービスを利用する際に視聴データの自己管理を行う場合，自己管理に対するリスク認識がどのような傾向を示すかを分析する．分析の目的は，各サービスを受けることで得られるベネフィット感に対するユーザーの視聴データの自己管理意識に傾向を見出し，パーソナルデータストア（PDS）などの自己管理支援システムの機能設計に役立つ知見を提供することである．リスク意識の分析結果から，一般回答者の中で 8 つのサービスそれぞれに対する利用意向が高い人は，PDS を使用することで視聴データの被害リスクが小さいという安心感を抱いており，この安心感が 4 つのサービスに対する利用意向と有意に関連していることが明らかになった．この結果は，PDS による視聴履歴の自己管理の仕組みがユーザーにとって安全であると感じられることで，サービス利用の促進が期待できる可能性を示唆する．さらに，PDS のメリットやリスク回避要件を明確にすることで，PDS を活用したサービスの利用促進が図れるものと推察する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In recent years, the provision of programs and video content using viewing data, as well as related additional services, has become widespread. In this study, we investigated users' awareness of using these services, from the perspectives of both the benefits they receive from the service and their awareness of the risks associated with managing their own viewing data. The results of the survey suggested that while many users would like to manage their own viewing data, they are aware that such management entails risks. In this paper, we set out eight content services that use viewing data, and analyze what trends in risk awareness regarding self-management of viewing data show when users manage their own viewing data when using each service. The purpose of the analysis is to find trends in users' awareness of self-management of viewing data in relation to the benefits they gain from using each service, and to provide knowledge that will be useful in the functional design of self-management support systems such as personal data stores (PDS). The results of the risk awareness analysis showed that general respondents who had a high intention to use each of the eight services felt a sense of security that using a PDS would reduce the risk of their viewing data being compromised, and that this sense of security was significantly related to their intention to use the four services. These results suggest that users may feel that the PDS system for self-management of viewing history is safe, which may encourage increased use of the service. Furthermore, we surmise that clarifying the benefits of a PDS and the requirements for avoiding risks may encourage the use of services that utilize a PDS.
