| 内容記述 | デジタル社会のあらゆる分野で必要となる知識・技術として数理・データサイエンス・AI 教育の強化が進められている．近年，「生成 AI」の社会への急速な浸透に伴い，従来の AI に加えて生成 AI に関する教育の需要も高まっている．一方，「AI」という概念に対する一般的なイメージは大きく変化し，多様化している．アメリカの成人を対象とした AI のイメージ調査では，AI や機械学習の存在を認識していても，具体的にどのように利用されているかに気づいていない人が多いという報告がある．生成 AI の登場により，AI の定義やその役割に対する理解が一層複雑になり，AI 利用と社会への影響に対する認識がさらに混乱する恐れもある．本発表では，2024 年に大学に入学した学生を対象に実施した「AI に対する不安」に関するアンケート調査の結果を基に，学生が「AI」という言葉から想像する事柄を明らかにする．さらに，この多様な AI イメージが授業においてどのような影響を及ぼしているか，特に学生の学習理解や興味の観点から課題を提案する． | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | Mathematics, data science, and AI education are being strengthened as knowledge and skills required in all areas of the digital society. Recently, with the rapid societal penetration of ”Generative AI,” the demand for education that covers Generative AI in addition to traditional AI has been increasing. Meanwhile, the general perception of the concept of AI has been changing and diversifying significantly. According to an AI image survey conducted among American adults, while many people recognize the existence of AI and machine learning, many are still unaware of how AI is specifically utilized. The advent of Generative AI has further complicated the understanding of AI's definition and role, potentially leading to increased confusion regarding AI usage and its impact on society. In this presentation, based on a survey on anxieties about AI conducted among students who entered university in 2024, we will clarify what students imagine when they hear ”AI.” Furthermore, we will propose challenges for improving classes by examining how these diverse AI images influence students' understanding and interest in their learning. | |||||||||
