• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 本研究の目的は，ケア専門職がとらえる知識の構造化の特長や課題，および期待する活用方法を明らかにすることである．認知症高齢者の排泄ケアに関する知識を構造化したものを用いて，看護師や介護福祉士といったケア専門職にインタビューを行い，構造化知識の特長や理解する上での困難，今後どのような活用を期待するかを聞き取った．なお，これらのインタビューは，認知症高齢者の排泄ケアに関する構造化知識に現場固有のケアや暗黙知を追加し，構造化知識の有用性を高める研究の一部として行った．インタビューの結果，知識の構造化には「知らなかった知識を参照できる」「個人の経験によるケアを裏付けられる」といった特長がある一方で，「情報量が多く，慣れない形式である」「ケア全体を把握しにくい」という課題があった．今後の活用方法として，認知症高齢者の状況や施設環境を入力すると，適したケア候補が出力されることを期待していた．構造化知識を用いて適切なケアを推定・提案することは重要な支援であるが，ケア専門職の情報収集やアセスメント，ケア検討などを妨げない設計にする必要があると考える．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: The purpose of this study is to clarify the features and issues of structuring knowledge as perceived by care professionals and the expected utilization of the technology. Using structured knowledge about excretion care for older adults with dementia, interviews for care professionals such as nurses and care workers were conducted. The question was about the merit of structured knowledge, difficulties in understanding it, and what kind of use they expect in the future. These interviews were conducted as part of a study to increase the usefulness of structured knowledge by adding field-specific care and tacit knowledge to structured knowledge about excretory care for the elderly with dementia. The results of the interviews revealed that while structuring knowledge has features such as “being able to refer to knowledge that was not known” and “corroborating care based on personal experience,” it also has issues such as “the amount of information and unfamiliar format” and “difficulty in grasping the overall care. For future use, the team hoped that the system would output suitable care candidates when the conditions of older people with dementia and the facility environment were inputted. While using structured knowledge to estimate and suggest appropriate care is an important support, it needs to be designed in a way that does not interfere with care professionals' information gathering, assessment, and care consideration.
