• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 現代のサプライチェーンは，製品（モノ）からシステム，さらにはクラウドサービスや情報まで拡大し，巨大なサイバー・フィジカル・システムとなっている．そのすべてにおいてソフトウェアが主役であり，サイバーセキュリティリスクが高まっている．サイバー攻撃によるサプライチェーンの汚染や寸断の影響は社会経済全体に及ぶため，サイバーセキュリティ対策はサプライチェーン全体のレジリエンス確保としてとらえる必要がある．そのレジリエンスについて，抵抗力，適応力，組織力の3つの観点から，内閣府SIP第1期・第2期の成果をまとめ，今後のデジタル依存時代に向けた課題と方向性を論じる．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Modern supply chains have expanded from products (things) to systems, and even cloud services and information, and have become gigantic cyber-physical systems. Software plays a central role in all of this, and cybersecurity risks are increasing. The impact of supply chain disruption and contamination due to cyberattacks affects the entire socio-economy, so cybersecurity measures must be viewed as ensuring the resilience of the entire supply chain. We will examine this resilience from the three perspectives of resistance, adaptability, and organizational strength, based on the efforts of the first and second phases of the SIP Projects by Cabinet Office, and identify challenges and directions for the future digitally dependent era.
