| 内容記述 | EU におけるデジタルガバメント・eGovernment (e ガバメント)の推進は，電子 ID や電子署名を利用して行政を現代化し，国境を越えた相互運用性を実現することで，統合されたデジタル域内市場を形成することを目標としてきた．そして，市民や企業とのデジタルでの協力を強化し，高品質な行政サービスの提供を目指すものである．本発表においては，EU におけるデジタル行政・電子政府の推進計画の制定状況の振り返りをおこなうとともに，EU におけるデジタルシングルマーケット（DSM）を確立するためのデジタル政策について検討し，現在進行形でデジタル行政を推進している日本への示唆を得るものとする． | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | The promotion of digital governance and e-Government in the EU has focused on modernizing administrative processes through the use of electronic IDs and digital signatures, aiming to achieve cross-border interoperability and establish a unified digital single market. The initiative seeks to strengthen digital collaboration with citizens and businesses, enhancing the provision of high-quality administrative services. This presentation will review the development of digital governance and e-Government initiatives in the EU, examining the digital policies supporting the establishment of the Digital Single Market (DSM). Additionally, it will explore the implications of these initiatives for Japan, which is currently advancing its own digital governance efforts. | |||||||||
