| 内容記述 | ブラックボックス的な性格が強い AI に対して，その Trustworthiness を確保するために，各国機関からガイダンスが発行され，欧州では規制制定が進んでいる．一方で，それらガイダンスや規制に関しての要求事項については不透明なものが多く，各企業は個別具体的な影響を見極めるべく対応に追われている現状がある本稿では，EU の規制化にあたり EU AI Office が実施した Webinar における参加者からの質問事項を整理することで，EU における AI 規制対応の現状を確認した．また，国内企業における AI ガバナンスに対する取り組みや要望についても整理を行い，EU および日本国内の AI ガバナンスの状況について現状を報告する． | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | In order to ensure the trustworthiness of AI, which has a strong "black box" nature, AI governance activities are being promoted, such as the issuance of guidance by national authorities and the enactment of AI regulations in Europe. At the same time, however, many of the requirements of such guidance and regulations are still unclear, and companies are still being forced to respond to them in order to determine the specific impact on their business. In this report, we have overviewed the current status for what EU players are struggling in order to comply with EU AI Act by observing the questions asked by the participants of the webinar held by the EU AI Office for the introduction of the Act. We also summarized the efforts and requests for AI governance by domestic players, and reported how the EU players and the Japanese players are reacting to AI governance. | |||||||||
