• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 昨今，情報技術は IT 産業のみならず他産業分野でも活用され，社会的な影響も大きくなっている．そのため倫理はビジネスリーダーのみならず IT 技術者にとっても重要性を増している．報告者は国内 IT 技術者の専門職意識・専門職倫理に関する調査を実施した．結果，IT 技術者は専門家としての高い自認を持っている．日本の IT 技術者総体としての公式な組織は存在せず，したがって倫理綱領も存在しない．専門職倫理について，半分程度の回答者しか業務上必要だとは考えていない．実際には全体の 6 割強の技術者が何らかの倫理綱領に従っており，それは勤務先企業が定めたもの，もしくは自分自身で定めたもの，という回答が多かった．学協会の定める倫理綱領はあまり知られていないが，一部，研究・開発職に携わる回答者には有意に認知度の高いものがあった．80 年代頃に言われていたハッカー倫理について，現在はどちらかと言えば支持されていないが，情報共有は善いことであるとされている．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: IT professionals' ethics is becoming increasingly important today. I have conducted a survey on professionalism and professional ethics among IT professionals in Japan. The results show that IT professionals have a high level of self-awareness as professionals. There is no formal organization for Japanese IT professionals as a whole, and therefore no code of ethics. Regarding professional ethics, more than 60% of respondents follow some kind of code of ethics, which was established by the company they work for or by themselves etc. The hacker ethic is rather unsupported today, but information sharing is considered a good thing to do.
