• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 電子情報通信学会の多くの研究会では学生発表に対して表彰が行われている．ある研究会では，これまで教育担当が採点者から送付されてきた Excel の採点表を手作業で集計し，表彰候補者を提案していた．本報告では，この作業を Notion および Google Form で代替するシステムを提案する．特に Google Apps Script (GAS) を用いることで，採点表作成及び集計作業が自動化された．作成したシステムはすべて SaaS のサービスを利用しており，専用のサーバ資源を用意する必要がない．このため委員が持ち回りで変更になるような研究会においても運用が容易となる．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Many research conferences of the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers present awards for student presentations. In one conference, the education person in charge had been manually tallying the scoring sheets sent from the scorers in Excel and suggesting award candidates. This report proposes a system to replace this work with Notion and Google Form. In particular, by using Google Apps Script (GAS), the creation of scoring sheets and the tallying work have been automated. The proposed system uses all ‘Software as a Services’ (SaaS), and there is no need to prepare dedicated server resources. This makes it easy to operate even in conferences where the technical committee members rotate.
